摘　　要：在绿色企业、碳排放、碳中和的大背景下,废钢预热电炉的重要性被提到了新的高度。为保证炼钢车间的正常生产和满足环境保护的要求,对130t预热电炉设置除尘系统。详细介绍了预热电炉烟气除尘方案、工艺流程和设计特点,通过合理控制除尘系统阀门、烟气温度以及风机机组,可达到设计目标,满足环保要求。实际应用表明,130t预热电炉烟气除尘系统除尘效果良好,实现了较好的经济效益和社会效益。Under the background of green enterprise,carbon emission and carbon neutralization,the importance of scrap preheating electric furnace has been raised to a new height.In order to ensure the normal production of the steelmaking workshop and meet the requirements of environmental protection,the 130 t preheating electric furnace is equipped with a dust removal system.The scheme,process flow and design features of flue gas dedusting for preheating electric furnace are introduced in detail.By reasonably controlling the valve,flue gas temperature and fan unit of dedusting system,the design goal can be achieved and the environmental requirements can be met.The practical application shows that the dust removal effect of the 130 t preheating electric furnace flue gas dedusting system is good,and good economic and social benefits are achieved.
