摘 要:为进一步提升综采工作面煤炭的开采效率,降低煤炭开采成本,提高煤炭回采效率,以某矿15号煤层所属工作面为例开展系列研究。首先,对工作面的煤层、地质、瓦斯以及涌水等条件进行了分析;其次,对工作面的矿压规律进行测试分析,为后续回采工艺的制定奠定基础;最后,在上述研究的基础上提出了大倾角厚煤层柔性掩护支架侧向放煤回采工艺的具体方案,并对实际应用的经济效益和社会效益进行评估。In order to further improve the coal mining efficiency of the fully mechanized coal mining face,reduce the coal mining cost,and improve the coal mining efficiency,a series of studies were carried out with the working face of coal seam 15#as an example.Firstly,the coal seam,geology,gas and water gushing conditions of the working face are analyzed.Secondly,the rock pressure law of the working face is tested and analyzed,which lays the foundation for the subsequent mining technology formulation.Finally,on the basis of the above research,the specific scheme of side coal caving mining technology with flexible shield support in steep thick seam is proposed,and the economic and social benefits of practical application are evaluated.
