摘  要:在弃置井治理过程中,通常采用单段或多段“段铣+注水泥”的方式封堵井筒及环空。由于四川盆地多层系的特点,近年来部分井环空经过“段铣+注水泥”作业后B环空依旧微压、含气,考虑治理成本,采用外接管线放散,实现有效管控。文章介绍了一种新型树脂封堵材料和技术,其材料具备无固相的特点,能够穿过水泥环和地层微米级微小裂缝,且凝固后形成三维网状结构,强度高于常规水泥体系,能有效封堵水泥环及地层天然气通道,提高天然气井永久性封井作业的成功率,消除环空异常带压的问题,为以后弃置井环空异常带压隐患治理提供参考。During the treatment of abandoned wells,the wellbore and annulus are usually blocked by single-stage or multi-stage"segment milling+cement injection".Due to the characteristics of multi-layered systems in the Sichuan Basin,in recent years,the B annulus of some wells is still slightly pressurized and gas-containing after the segment milling+cementing"operation.Considering the cost of treatment,external pipelines are used to disperse to achieve effective control.This paper introduces a new type of resin plugging material and technology,which has the characteristics of no so lid phase,can penetrate the cement sheath and micron-scale micro-fractures in the formation,and form a three-dimensional network structure after solidification,and its strength is higher than that of conventional cement systems.It can effectively block the cement sheath and the natural gas channel in the formation,improve the success rate of permanent sealing of natural gas wells,eliminate the problem of abnormal pressure in the annulus,and provide a reference for the management of the hidden danger of abnormal pressure in the annulus of abandoned wells in the future.
