油气生产企业本质安全化员工队伍建设研究

摘　　要：在社会发展、改造自然、利用自然的过程中,对“安全”的需求日益增长。企业要发展,社会要进步,都离不开安全生产,而人的本质安全是安全生产中的重要因素,开展人员安全意识技能专项提升行动,提升安全执行力,建立人员安全能力持续提升的长效机制,才能减少“三违”现象,避免事故发生。文章针对油气生产企业员工的“低标准、老毛病、坏习惯”,分析其表现形式及产生的原因,为提高全员的安全意识,树立企业安全文化观念,最终养成“我要安全”“我能安全”的良好习惯,避免违章违纪行为,培育油气生产企业本质安全型员工提出了改进措施。In the process of social development,transformation and utilization of nature,the demand for"safety"is also growing.The development of enterprises and the progress of society are inseparable from safety production,and human intrinsic safety is an important factor in safety production.To reduce"three violations"and avoid accidents,we should carry out special actions to improve personnel safety awareness and skills,improve safety execution,and establish a long-term mechanism to continuously improve personnel safety ability.Aiming at the"low standards,old faults and bad habits"of employees in oil and gas production enterprises,this paper analyzes their manifestations and causes,and puts forward improvement measures to improve the safety awareness of all employees,enhance the safety culture of the enterprise,finally develop the good habits of"I want to be safe"and"I can be safe",avoid violations of rules and regulations,and cultivate intrinsically safe employees in oil and gas production enterprises.
