摘  要:为了预防和减少化工生产中火灾、爆炸事故的发生,文章以榆林煤化有限责任公司甲醇储罐区为研究对象,对其存在的风险进行辨识。使用ICI蒙德法进行安全评价,根据蒙德法评价步骤计算出甲醇储罐区各危险性指标,得出未进行安全补偿时其全体危险性评分等级为高(2)类。经过安全措施补偿后将其全体危险性评分等级降低为中等,大幅度的减少了事故的发生。并针对甲醇储罐区存在的火灾、爆炸,有毒气体泄漏、腐蚀与侵蚀等危险,结合蒙德法评价结果提出了具体措施。In order to prevent and reduce the occurrence of fire and explosion accidents in chemical production.This paper takes the methanol storage tank farm of Yulin Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.as the research object to identify the existing risks.The ICI Mond method is used for safety assessment.According to the assessment steps of the Mond method,the risk indicators of the methanol storage tank area are calculated,and it is concluded that the overall risk rating is high(2)without safety compensation.After compensation of safety measures,the overall risk rating is reduced to medium,which greatly reduces the occurrence of accidents.In view of the hazards of fire,explosion,toxic gas leakage,corrosion and erosion in the methanol storage tank area,combined with the evaluation results of Mond method,this paper puts forward specific measures.
