摘 要:对不同产地井冈蜜柚果实品质进行综合分析,为井冈蜜柚的良种筛选、种植推广以及综合开发利用提供理论参考。以97个不同果园井冈蜜柚果实为试材,对其单果重、纵径、横径和可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、可滴定酸、维生素C、柚皮苷、柠檬苦素含量等指标进行测定和比较,利用相关性分析和主成分分析筛选出评价井冈蜜柚果实品质的核心指标,根据综合得分对97个不同井冈蜜柚果园进行排序。结果表明:不同产地以及不同品种间井冈蜜柚果实品质指标存在差异,两者对其品质均有一定程度的影响,此外,同一品种间,不同产地的可滴定酸、糖酸比、柚皮苷、柠檬苦素含量和诺米林含量的变异系数均大于10%,果形指数的变异系数最小,不同品种间,金沙柚与桃溪柚之间果实品质差异较大,金沙柚与金兰柚之间差异较小。经主成分分析提取出5个主成分,累计方差贡献率为81.248%,主成分分析综合得分排名前3的果园是金沙柚万安-06、金兰柚吉安-09、金沙柚青原-04,综合分析结果显示,桃溪柚外观品质较好,金兰柚在风味上更具特色,金沙柚综合品质更优,吉安和青原两地不同品种果实品质均较好。The fruit quality of Jinggang pummelo from different fruit ranch was comprehensively analyzed to provide theoretical reference for improved variety selection, planting promotion, and comprehensive development and utilization of Jinggang pummelo. The fruit weight, transverse diameter, vertical diameter, soluble solids, titratable acid, soluble sugar,vitamin C, naringin and limonin of Jinggang pummelo fruits from 97 different fruit ranch were measured and compared. The core indexes for evaluating the fruit quality of Jinggang pummelo were selected by correlation and principal component analysis, and the 97 different fruit ranch of Jinggang pummelo were sorted according to the comprehensive score. The results showed that there were significant differences in fruit quality indexes among different producing areas and different varieties.Both of them influence their quality to a certain extent. Besides, the coefficients of variation of titratable acid, sugar-acid ratio, naringin, limonin and nomilin content of the same variety were all more than 10%, and the variation coefficient of fruit shape index was the smallest. There were great differences in fruit quality among different varieties, a great difference between ’Jinsha pomelo’ and ’Taoxi pomelo’, but a little difference between ’Jinsha pomelo’ and ’Jinlan pomelo’. Five common factors with eigenvalues greater than 1 were extracted by principal component analysis, and the contribution rate of cumulative variance was 81.248%. The top three orchards in the comprehensive scores of principal component analysis were Wanan-06 of ’Jinsha pomelo’, Ji’an-09 of ’Jinlan pomelo’, and Qingyuan-04 of ’Jinsha pomelo’. The results of the comprehensive analysis showed that ’Taoxi pomelo’ had better appearance quality, ’Jinlan pomelo’ had more characteristics in flavor, and ’Jinsha pomelo’ is the best in comprehensive quality. The fruit quality of different varieties in Ji’an and Qingyuan were better.
