摘  要:针对舰用橡胶隔振器设计过程中橡胶材料超弹性力学参数匮乏的问题,本文结合弹性力学、超弹性体材料本构模型等相关理论,开展舰用隔振橡胶材料的三种拉伸试验;通过对九种常用本构模型综合拟合分析,选择Yeoh模型作为舰用隔振橡胶材料本构模型;对舰用隔振器进行静态仿真分析和静态试验,验证了所建本构模型的准确性。本文的研究成果可为舰用隔振橡胶材料超弹性力学特性分析、舰用隔振器设计计算等研究提供材料数据和方法思路,具有一定的工程指导意义。In the design process of marine rubber isolators,the hyperelastic mechanical parameters of rub⁃ber material has long been deficient.In this paper,three kinds of tensile tests of marine isolation rubbers were carried out based on elastic mechanics and hyperelastic constitutive model theory.Through comprehen⁃sive fitting analysis of nine constitutive models,the Yeoh model was selected as the constitutive model for the marine isolation rubber.By simulation analysis and static tests of marine rubber isolators,the accuracy of the constitutive model was verified.The research results can provide material data and research method for the analysis of hyperelastic mechanical properties of marine isolation rubber as well as the design and calcula⁃tion of marine rubber isolators,which has certain specific engineering guiding significance for engineering application.
