我国社区老年健身服务标准化建设研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法等,探究社区老年健身服务标准化建设相关理论,分析标准化建设各要素,结论:社区老年健身服务存在“各要素统筹协调弱化,适老化缺乏;难以自成体系;地区差异明显;普遍不受重视”等。建议:建立社会化、立体化服务体系,确立标准化建设对象和主体;整合相关建设标准和政策,确定标准化建设的方向和框架;加强硬件建设,提高管理投入与资源整合,开展标准化建设的改进与提升;坚持强制要求与灵活变通相结合等,确定标准化建设的思路与原则;研发并推广健身的技术、内容和服务标准,确立标准化的社会功能和价值。By using the method of literature, this paper explores the relevant theories of the standardization construction of community elderly fitness service, and analyzes the elements of the standardization construction. Conclusion: the community elderly fitness service has "the weakening of the overall coordination of the elements, the lack of aging adaptation;it is difficult to form its own system;regional differences are obvious;it is generally ignored" and so on. Suggestions: establish a socialized and three-dimensional service system, establish the standardization construction object and main body;integrate relevant construction standards and policies, determine the direction and framework of standardization construction;strengthen hardware construction, improve management investment and resource integration, carry out improvement and promotion of standardization construction;adhere to the combination of mandatory requirements and flexible flexibility, etc.,determine the idea and framework of standardization construction Principle;develop and promote fitness technology, content and service standards, and establish standardized social functions and values.
