摘  要:圆斑病是三七生产上的一种毁灭性病害。为筛选防治三七圆斑病的有效防治措施,本研究评估分析了7种杀菌剂及避雨栽培对林下三七圆斑病的防治效果。结果表明,10%苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂1 500倍液、430 g/L戊唑醇悬浮剂4 000倍液、400 g/L氟硅唑乳油8 000倍液、450 g/L咪鲜胺乳油1 500倍液、80%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂600倍液、60%唑醚·代森联水分散粒剂1 000倍液和30%肟菌·戊唑醇悬浮剂1 000倍液防治效果分别为89.28%、87.26%、86.30%、87.82%、78.81%、81.58%和85.66%,以10%苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂1 500倍液的防治效果最好,避雨栽培的防治效果最高可达86.66%。7种杀菌剂及避雨栽培对三七圆斑病均有不同程度的防治效果,对三七生长无不良影响,在生产上可以推广使用。Round spot is a destructive disease in Panax notoginseng production. In order to screen effective control measures for round spot of Panax notoginseng, this paper evaluated and analyzed control effects of seven kinds of fungicides and rain-shelter cultivation on round spot of Panax notoginseng planted under forest. The results showed that control effects of 10% difenoconazole WG 1 500 times diluent, 430 g/L tebuconazole SC 4 000 times diluent, 400 g/L flusilazole EC 8 000 times diluent, 450 g/L prochloraz EC 1 500 times diluent, 80% mancozeb WP 600 times diluent, 60%pyraclostrobin·metiram WG 1 000 times diluent and 30% trifloxystrobin·tebuconazole SC 1 000 times diluent were89.28%, 87.26%, 86.30%, 87.82%, 78.81%, 81.58% and 85.66%, respectively. The control effect of 10% difenoconazole WG 1 500 times diluent was the best, and the highest control effect of rain-shelter cultivation was 86.66%. Seven kinds of fungicides and rain-shelter cultivation had different control effects on round spot of Panax notoginseng and had no adverse effects on the growth, which could be promoted and applied in Panax notoginseng production.
