摘  要:本文以姜荷花品种清迈粉为研究对象,对姜荷花观赏苞片衰老生理进行了研究,并探讨了姜荷花永生花制作技术。结果表明:随着观赏苞片的衰败,观赏苞片持续受到活性氧伤害,在观赏苞片全部展开达到盛花期时,超氧化物歧化酶清除超氧根离子的能力达到顶峰。观赏苞片初花期过氧化氢酶在清除过氧化氢中起着重要作用,观赏苞片衰败期过氧化物酶在清除过氧化氢中起着重要作用。盛花期,观赏苞片中脯氨酸含量最高,超氧化物歧化酶活性最强,观赏苞片耐逆性最佳。姜荷花永生花制作技术的出现既可丰富永生花产品种类,又可增加花卉产业经济效益,实际应用价值较高。This paper took Qingmaifen, a variety of Curcuma alismatifolia Gagnep. as the research object, studied ornamental bract senescence physiology of Curcuma alismatifolia Gagnep., and discussed the immortal flower production technology. The results showed that with the decline of the ornamental bracts, the ornamental bracts were continuously injured by active oxygen. When the ornamental bracts were fully unfolded and reached the full bloom stage, the ability of superoxide dismutase to remove superoxide ions reached the peak. Catalase played an important role in scavenging hydrogen peroxide in the early flowering period of ornamental bracts, and peroxidase played an important role in scavenging hydrogen peroxide in the decay period of ornamental bracts. At full bloom stage, the content of proline in the ornamental bracts was the highest, the activity of superoxide dismutase was the strongest, and the stress tolerance of the ornamental bracts was the best. The appearance of immortal flower production technology of Curcuma alismatifolia Gagnep. could not only enrich the varieties of immortal flower, but also increase the economic benefits of the flower industry, which had high practical application value.
