摘 要:随着国民经济的迅猛发展,公路建设里程逐年增长,截至2021年底,我国各类公路的总建设里程位居世界第一。未来几年,我国城镇化进程依然维持较快速度,新建建筑、道路、桥梁等基础设施稳步增加,对路基填料的需求量极大。同时,城市发展中各类基建工程建设中产生的建筑废弃土也在不断增多。截至2021年的统计数据表明,我国建筑废弃土年产生量约为35亿t,已占到城市垃圾总量的1/3以上,且仍在快速增长。一方面面临路基填料紧缺,另一方面面临废弃土方难以处置,废弃土方填料化利用就成为一个资源转化利用的方法。结合G329上虞盖北至道墟段改建工程对废弃土方再利用填筑路基进行研究,对弃土掺灰利用方案在浙东地区软基、多雨路段的适用性进行分析,为以后的掺灰改良土路基的填筑施工方案提供有益的技术参考。With the rapid development of the national economy, the highway construction mileage is increasing year by year. By the end of 2021, the total construction mileage of all kinds of highways in China ranks first in the world. In the next few years, the urbanization process of China will still maintain a rapid speed, the new buildings, roads, bridges and other infrastructure will increase steadily, and there is a great demand for subgrade filler. At the same time, the amount of construction waste soil produced in the construction of various infrastructure projects in urban development is also increasing. The statistics up to 2021 show that the annual amount of construction waste soil in China is about 3.5 billion tons, which has accounted for more than 1/3 of the total amount of urban waste, and is still growing rapidly. On the one hand,there is a shortage of subgrade filling, on the other hand, it is difficult to dispose the waste earthwork. The utilization of waste earthwork filling has become a method of resource transformation and utilization.Combined with the reconstruction project of Shangyu Gaibei-Daoxu Section in National Highway G329, the reuse of waste earth to fill the subgrade is studied, and the applicability of the waste soil mixed-ash utilization scheme in the soft foundation and rainy road sections in the Eastern Zhejiang is analyzed, which provide a useful technical reference for the filling construction scheme of mixed-ash modified soil subgrade in the future.
