摘 要:针对某铁路桥为非标准轨距、非标准活载的节段胶拼预应力混凝土箱梁的结构特点,开展静载试验以验证节段梁在试验荷载作用下的力学性能,检验梁体的性能指标。试验结果表明:梁体在最大控制荷载作用下未发现受力裂缝;实测箱梁在静活载作用下最大挠跨比为1/3 613;梁底实测最大压应力减小值小于理论计算值,说明节段胶拼不会成为结构的薄弱部位,结构抗裂性、梁体刚度和箱梁底部应力与设计期望值相符,且结构设计具有一定的安全度。试验方法通过现场荷载试验数据验证理论模型,具有结果准确、效率高的特点,为类似节段预制胶拼箱梁设计和施工提供实践经验。Aiming at the structural characteristics of a segmental glue-assembled prestressed concrete box beam with non-standard gauge and non-standard live load of a railway bridge, a static load test is carried out to verify the mechanical properties of the segmental beam under the test load, and to inspect the performance indexes of beam. The test results show that no stress crack is found in the beam under the maximum control load. The maximum measured deflection span ratio of the box beam under the static and live loads is 1/3 613. The decrease value of the maximum measured compressive stress at the bottom of the beam is less than the theoretical calculation value. It is indicated that the segmental glue assembly will not become a weak part of the structure. The crack resistance of the structure, the stiffness of the beam and the stress at the bottom of the box beam are consistent with the design expectancy values. And the structural design has a certain degree of safety. This test method verifies the theoretical model through the field load test data, which has the characteristics of accurate results and high efficiency, and provides the practical experience for the design and construction of the similar segmental glue-joint prestressed concrete box beams.
