摘　　要：上海现有4条政府还贷高速公路陆续将面临收费期到期的问题,到期后的处理策略亟待研究。针对上海政府还贷高速公路实际,结合现行政策及改革方向,对上海政府还贷高速到期处理策略进行分析,提出不同模式下的具体操作方案,为上海高速公路发展提供参考。There are four expressways by government loan repayment in Shanghai to face the problems of expiration of the toll period one after another. It is urgent to study the handling strategies after expiration.Aiming at the practice of expressways by loan repayment of Shanghai Government, combined with the current policy and reform direction, the strategies for handling the expiration of the expressways by the loan repayment of Shanghai Government are analyzed. The specific operation schemes under the different modes are proposed to provide the reference for the development of expressways in Shanghai.
