摘  要:目的以AHP-熵权法评价独活药渣醇提物,探究独活药渣利用价值。方法采用正交试验,结合UPLC指纹图谱,应用AHP-熵权法确定各项指标权重系数,对蛇床子素含量、二氢欧山芹醇当归酸酯含量以及指纹图谱总峰面积进行综合评价,优选独活药渣的醇提工艺。结果确定最适工艺为:加入8倍量的60%乙醇,提取一次,时间1.5 h。结论建立的方法可兼顾不同的质量评价指标,且评价方法客观可靠,可为独活药渣的资源开发提供基本思路。Objective To determine the utility value of Angelica Pubscens residue,and to test its ethanol extract based on the AHP-entropy coefficient method.Methods Orthoganol experiment design was used,coupled with the founded UPLC fingerprint chromatography to optimize the ethanolextraction configuration.Furthermore,AHP-entropy weight was used to determine the weighting coefficient for the evaluation indicators,in which the content of osthole and dihydrooxanol angelica acid ester,and the total peak areas from fingerprint chromatogram were selected for evaluation.Results The optimal ethanol extraction was to add 8 times of 60%ethanol,and extract for 1.5 h.Conclusion The methed takes account of varied quality evaluation indexes,which is reliable and objective providing scientific evidence for the resource exploitation of Angelica Pubscens residue.
