摘 要:针对大采高工作面支架稳定性差、易出现倒架的问题,建立了支架倾斜状态下受力模型,分析得出影响支架稳定性的影响因素。通过分析长平矿井4319大采高工作面支架受力情况、工作状态、地质条件、调斜措施等,得出在刮板输送机窜后、中部局部进度滞后严重和倒架重叠的情况下,采取调整工作面直线度及刮板输送机与支架的联动作用来解决倒架问题。方案实施后有效解决了支架倒架的问题,为工作面的快速推进提供了保障。Aiming at the poor stability and easy overturning of the support in the large mining height working face,the force model of the support in the inclined state is established,and the factors affecting the stability of the support are analyzed and obtained.Through the analysis of the support stress,working state,geological conditions and inclination adjustment measures in the 4319 large mining height working face of Changping Mine,it is concluded that under the circumstances that the scraper conveyor moves,the local progress in the middle is seriously lagged and the inverted frame overlaps,the problem of inverted frame can be solved by adjusting the straightness of the working face and the linkage between the scraper conveyor and the support.After the implementation of the scheme,the problem of upside-down support is effectively solved,which provides a guarantee for the rapid advance of the working face.
