摘 要:基于店坪煤矿2022巷风桥施工断面大、施工难度高、安全系数低等技术难题,决定采取分层爆破施工工艺,对挑顶处采取“组合锚索+铺设钢筋网+锚索钢带+铰接钢棚”联合支护技术。通过实际应用效果来看,采取分层爆破施工工艺后风桥挑顶施工周期缩短了4 d,联合支护有效控制爆破施工期间顶板破碎、垮落现象,取得显著应用成效。Based on the technical problems such as large construction section,high construction difficulty and low safety factor of the 2022 roadway wind bridge in Dianping Coal Mine,it is decided to adopt layered blasting construction technology.The combined support technology of"combined anchor cable+laying steel mesh+anchor cable steel belt+hinged steel shed"is adopted for the roof.According to the practical application effect,the roof construction period of the wind bridge is shortened by 4 days after adopting the layered blasting construction technology,the combined support effectively controls the roof fragmentation and collapse phenomenon during the blasting construction,and remarkable application results are obtained.
