摘 要:针对单一厚煤层高强度开采工作面瓦斯治理还没有成套的技术措施,通过二维相似模拟试验和数值模拟研究采动过程中的周期来压规律、“三带”的分布规律、采煤工作面的应力分布规律、裂隙分布特征,提出了利用顺层钻孔、高抽巷进行瓦斯抽采的综合治理技术措施。现场试验表明,通过顺层钻孔瓦斯抽采,抽采率达到了47.91%,高抽巷平均瓦斯抽采量为13 m^(3)/min,是绝对瓦斯涌出量的40%左右,使工作面上隅角的瓦斯未出现超限现象。In view of the fact that there is no complete set of technical measures for gas control in the high intensity mining face of a single thick coal seam,the periodic pressure law,the distribution law of"three zones",the stress distribution law and the crack distribution characteristics in the mining process are studied by two-dimensional similar simulation experiment and numerical simulation.The comprehensive control technical measures of gas drainage by using bedding drilling and high drainage roadway are put forward.The field test shows that through the gas extraction by drilling along the layer,the extraction rate reaches 47.91%,and the average gas extraction volume of the high drainage roadway is 13 m^(3)/min,which is about 40%of the absolute gas emission,so that the gas in the upper corner of the working face does not exceed the limit.
