摘  要:在气体绝缘开关设备(gas insulated switchgear,GIS)中,隔离开关在操作过程中会产生快速暂态过电压(very fast transient overvoltage,VFTO),精确的隔离开关电弧模型对快速暂态过电压的仿真起着关键的作用。文中在分段电弧的基础之上,利用ATP⁃EMTP软件搭建了隔离开关多次重燃弧模型;为了研究负载端残余电荷对VFTO的影响,文中选取多组不同幅值的残余电压。仿真结果表明:基于分段电弧的多次重燃弧模型产生的VFTO谐波幅值比传统的时变电阻电弧模型要大;隔离开关间隙击穿次数会随着负载侧残余电压幅值的增大而增加,隔离开关两侧和变压器入口VFTO最大值不会造成绝缘击穿,相关数据对变电站绝缘设计有重要意义。In gas insulated switchgear(GIS),disconnector can generate very fast transient over⁃voltage(VFTO)dur⁃ing operation.The accurate arc model of disconnector plays a key role in the simulation of the fast transient over⁃volt⁃age.In this paper,based on the segmented arc,ATP⁃EMTP software is used to set up the multiple re⁃ignition arc mod⁃el of disconnector.For studying the influence of residual charge on VFTO at the load end,a number of residual voltag⁃es with different amplitudes are selected.The simulation results show that the amplitude of VFTO harmonic generated by the multiple reignition arc model based on segmented arc is larger than that of the traditional time⁃varying resis⁃tance arc model.The number of breakdown of disconnector gap will increase with the increase of residual voltage am⁃plitude on the load side.The maximum value of VFTO on both sides of disconnector and inlet of transformer will not cause insulation breakdown.The relevant data is of great significance for the insulation design of substation.
