摘 要:针对目前电磁环网开环方案综合评价方法主观性过强,评估指标体系不完善问题。文中提出了一种基于综合赋权的电磁环网开环方案评价方法。首先,分析电磁环网开环原则及机理;在此基础上,综合考虑系统安全稳定性、限流效果等因素,构建开环方案综合评价指标体系;然后利用层次分析法与变异系数法求出主、客观权重系数,进而通过综合评价方法计算得到评估开环方案优劣的综合评价指标;最后通过39节点标准算例、湖南省某地区实际电网算例,结合电力系统分析综合程序(PSASP)仿真分析,验证了文中所提方法的有效性与在实际电网中应用的合理性。In view of such issues as too objective of comprehensive evaluation method and imperfect assessment in⁃dex system of present electromagnetic ring network open⁃loop scheme,a kind of evaluation method of open⁃loop scheme of electromagnetic ring network based on comprehensive weighting is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the open⁃loop principle and mechanism of electromagnetic loop network are analyzed.On this basis,the comprehensive eval⁃uation index system of the open loop scheme of the electromagnetic loop network is set up by taking into account sys⁃tem safety,stability and current limiting effect and so on.Then,the subjective and objective weight coefficient is ob⁃tained by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the variation coefficient method,thus,the comprehensive evaluation index for evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of the open⁃loop scheme is calculated through the comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,through the standard calculation example of 39 node and the actual power grid calculation example in Hunan Province as well as combined with the PSASP simulation analysis,the effective⁃ness of the proposed method and the rationality of its application in the actual power grid are verified.
