摘 要:基于铁心本体的振动信号更能准确反映铁心状态,针对典型的电力变压器铁心结构,利用测振仪及声学成像系统对一台三相三柱式铁心模型开展振动及分布特性研究。实验结果表明:铁心振动以100 Hz为基频,包含整数倍高次倍频分量。铁心不同方向不同位置振动差异较大,硅钢片平面法向振动强于平面内振动。铁心B柱振动大于A、C柱,铁心柱与上下铁轭接缝处振动较大,沿铁心柱及上下铁轭振动呈近似“U”型分布,且电压越大,趋势越明显。铁心辐射声场云图及声像图均表明铁心B柱与上下铁轭接缝处的辐射噪声贡献远大于其他位置,与表面振动测试结果相一致。对基于振动信号分析法的铁心故障诊断方法及减振降噪技术具有重要意义。The vibration signal based on the core proper can more accurately reflect condition of the core.In view of the typical core structure of power transformers,the vibration and distribution characteristics of a three⁃phase three⁃column core model are studied by using a vibrometer and an acoustic imaging system.The experimental results show that the fundamental frequency of the transformer core vibration is 100 Hz and contains integer multiples of higher⁃or⁃der frequency components.The vibration difference of the core in different directions and positions is big,and the plane normal vibration of the silicon steel sheet is stronger than that in the plane.The vibration of column B of the core is larger than that of columns A and C.The maximum vibration is located at the joint of core column and upper and lower yokes.The vibration along the core column and upper as well as lower yoke shows U⁃shaped distribution.The higher the voltage is,the more obvious the trend is.Both radiation sound field cloud image and sound image of the core show that the radiation noise contribution at the joint of the column B and the upper as well the lower yoke is much bigger than in other positions,which is in agreement with the surface vibration test results.It is of great signifi⁃cance to the core fault diagnosis method based on vibration signal and the vibration and noise reduction technology.
