摘  要:在35 kV中性点不接地系统中,由于电磁式电压互感器(PT)的励磁电感呈现非线性特征,铁磁谐振现象在某些条件下频繁发生。文中结合一起35 kV电磁式PT爆炸事故的现场数据,利用ATP⁃EMTP软件建模仿真分析,研究事故发生过程及原因,针对此变电站运行实际情况,提出有效的消谐措施及其优化策略。分析研究表明:事故的原因是半绝缘PT在一次侧中性点接带D参数放电管的非线性电阻式消谐器进行消谐时,其放电管存在不能正常动作的风险,导致一次侧中性点对二次端子和地击穿放电,引发分频铁磁谐振;全绝缘PT一次侧中性点接消谐器的方式对抑制此类事故效果最好;最后提出针对性的的消谐措施优化策略。In the 35 kV neutral point ungrounded system,the ferromagnetic resonance phenomenon frequently oc⁃curs under certain conditions due to the non⁃linear characteristics of the excitation inductance of the electromagnetic potential transformer(PT).In this paper,the occurrence process and the cause of the accident are studied in combi⁃nation with the field data of a 35 kV electromagnetic PT explosion accident and the use of ATP⁃EMTP software mod⁃eling and simulation analysis.Considering the actual operation status of the substation,the effective harmonic elimi⁃nation measures and its optimization strategy are proposed.The analysis and study show that the reason of the acci⁃dent is that when the semi⁃insulating PT performs harmonic elimination in the non⁃linear resistance resonance elimi⁃nator of the neutral point of primary side with D⁃parameter discharge tube,the discharge tube has the risk of not nor⁃mal operation,resulting in breakdown discharge of the neutral point of the primary side to the secondary terminal and ground and causing frequency division ferromagnetic resonance.The way of connecting harmonic eliminator at the neutral point of the primary side of fully insulated PT has best effect of suppressing such accident.Finally,an effec⁃tive optimization strategy for resonance elimination scheme is proposed.
