摘　　要：智利高度重视海洋经济发展,制定了国家海洋政策和一系列法律法规,并建立了运行有效的海洋产业管理机制。智利海洋资源丰富,海洋渔业发达,海洋交通运输业、海洋旅游业等领域均具有发展优势。总结了智利海洋经济政策、主要海洋产业管理经验和发展情况,以期为国内外海洋经济研究人员提供参考和借鉴。Chile attaches great importance to the development of ocean economy.National ocean policy and a series of laws and regulations have been formulated,and an effective ocean industry management mechanism has been established.Chile is rich in ocean resources,developed in marine fishery,and has development advantages in marine communication and transportation industry,marine tourism and other fields.This paper summarizes Chile’s ocean economic policies,management experience and development of Chile’s major ocean industries,to provide reference for ocean economic researchers at home and abroad.
