摘　　要：目的为完善和改进医院手术室药房提供参考。方法构建以自动化设备为媒介的智慧型手术室药房,包括规划药房功能区,引进自动化嵌入式手麻柜和移动式手麻小车,制订合理、规范的药品管理模式和工作流程,对信息系统进行规划和开发,使手术室药房管理系统与医院信息系统(HIS)、手术麻醉系统及自动化设备管理系统有效衔接,建立较完善的手术室药房闭环管理模式。结果医院智慧型手术室药房成立后,2021年全年共计完成手术4431台,消耗药品40086支,且大体呈逐月增加趋势;单次请领药品平均花费时间由应用初期的55 min(含系统上发起请领药品单10 min、等待药品调配送30 min及核对所领药品15 min)缩短至应用后的0.5 min,且节约了麻醉科清点和交接药品的时间。手术室工作人员平均满意度达95.48%。结论建立的以自动化设备为媒介的智慧型手术室药房,实现了患者手术用药的智能化闭环管理,实现了药品流通全程可监测、可追溯,尤其便于高效严格地管理麻精药品,保障了特殊管理药品的用药安全。Objective To provide a reference for the improvement of the operating room pharmacy in a hospital.Methods The intelligent operating room pharmacy with automatic equipment as the medium was constructed,including planning the pharmacy functional area,introducing automatic embedded anesthesia cabinets and a mobile anesthesia carts,formulating a reasonable and standardized drug management model and workflow,planning and developing the information system,and effectively linking the operating room pharmacy management system with the hospital information system(HIS),surgical anesthesia system and automatic equipment management system,so as to establish a better closed-loop management mode of operating room pharmacy.Results After the construction of the hospital's intelligent operating room pharmacy 4431 operations were completed in 2021,40086 drugs have been consumed,and the trend was generally increasing month by month.The average time spent on applying for drugs per time was reduced from 55 min at the initial stage of the application of the intelligent operating room pharmacy(10 min for sending the drug application form on the system,30 min for waiting for the delivery of drugs,and 15 min for checking the drugs received)to 0.5 min after the application,and the time for counting and handing over drugs in the Department of Anesthesiology was saved.The average satisfaction rate of operating room staff was 95.48%.Conclusion The constructed intelligent operating room pharmacy with automatic equipment as the medium could realize the intelligent closed-loop management of patients'surgical medication,and the whole-process monitoring and traceability of the drug circulation process,especially convenient for the efficient and strict management of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs,and ensure the medication safety of drugs under special control.
