摘 要:针对城市末端配送成本高和时效性低的双重问题,提出共享前置仓配送模式。首先,从成本转化、统仓共配和市场需求的角度出发,深入分析了共享前置仓的运营模式和特性。其次,建立了共享前置仓配送系统动力学模型,并结合企业运营数据,使用VENSIM软件模拟分析共享前置仓运营模式在不同参数下的系统表现,并与传统城市配送模式下的绩效进行对比分析。结果表明,相比于传统配送模式,共享前置仓配送模式下的运营成本降低了12%~30%,终端客户服务能力提升了23%。Aiming at the problems of high cost and low timeliness of urban end-distribution,the paper put forward the shared prewarehouse distribution mode.First,from the perspective of cost transformation,unified warehouse and joint distribution,and market demand,the paper looked into the operation mode and characteristics of shared pre-warehouse.Next,the paper set up the system dynamics model for the shared pre-warehouse.Then,combined with enterprise operation data,it used VENSIM to simulate and analyze the performance of the shared pre-warehouse operation mode under different parameters,and compared the performance with that under the traditional urban distribution mode.The results show that,compared with the traditional distribution mode,the operating cost of shared pre-warehouse distribution mode is reduced by 12%-30%,and the end customer service ability is improved by 23%.
