摘 要:为解决当前生鲜物流企业冷链运输中商品安全事故频发的问题,提出了一种基于D-AHP的风险评估方法对生鲜物流企业进行风险评估,帮助企业找到风险点,以提高企业防御风险的能力。首先从人、物、环境和管理四个方面构建了生鲜物流企业风险评估指标体系;然后将D数层次分析法(D-AHP)的意见综合能力与权重自适应调整法的客观赋权能力有机地结合在一起,准确识别重点风险和计算整体风险值;最后对生鲜物流企业实例进行风险评估,结果显示冷链物流企业的风险主要集中在管理风险和人员风险上,针对这两类风险提出了提升企业管理软实力、充分利用信息技术等建议。In this paper,in order to solve the commodity safety issue commonly encountered in the cold chain transportation of fresh logistics enterprises,we proposed a risk assessment method based on D-AHP to evaluate the risk exposure of the fresh logistics enterprises,helping them find risk points and improve defense against such risks.Firstly,we constructed the risk assessment index system of fresh food logistics enterprises from four aspects:human,thing,environment and management.Next,by organically combining D-AHP and weight autoadaptive adjustment,we accurately identified the key risks and the overall risk level.Finally,in the empirical case of a fresh food logistics enterprise,we demonstrated that the risk exposure of the enterprise was mainly management risk and personnel risk,for which,we proposed a series of suggestions including enhancing the soft power of enterprise management and making full use of information technology,etc.
