摘 要:依据相关法律法规对高校心理育人工作的边界与目标、主体及受众、内容及实施进行了分析;从工作范围及权利义务、工作者胜任力、伦理守则的规范操作、危机干预的特殊问题四方面阐述了高校心理工作的现实困境;总结了质性研究与量化研究后呈现的高校专业心理工作者对相关法律与伦理知识的理解与执行现状,从明确工作职责、颁布法律实施细则、提升心理工作者法律伦理意识方面提出了高校依法依规开展心理育人工作的建议。According to the relevant laws and regulations, this article starts with an analysis of the boundaries and objectives, the main body and audience, the content and implementation of psychological education in universities. Then, the article continues to describe the practical predicament of psychological work in universities from four aspects, namely the scope of work as well as rights and obligations, the competence of psychological workers, the standardized operation of ethical codes, and the special problems of crisis intervention. Moreover, it summarizes both qualitative and quantitative research results about the current situation of understanding and implementation of relevant legal and ethical knowledge by professional psychological workers in universities. At the end of the article, the author also puts forward some suggestions on how to promote psychological education according to law in universities from the aspects of clarifying work responsibilities, promulgating the detailed rules for the implementation of the law, and increasing the legal ethics consciousness of psychological workers.
