摘 要:针对驱油用两亲聚合物在高矿化度油藏适应性差的问题,利用无皂自由基聚合法优化合成一种驱油用的新型甜菜碱型盐增黏两亲聚合物PADC。利用红外光谱仪、核磁仪、元素分析仪对研发的甜菜碱型两亲聚合物进行表征,借助旋转黏度计、扫描电镜、动态光散射仪研究甜菜碱型两亲聚合物的微观形貌特征及盐增黏行为。结果表明:甜菜碱基团的引入使两亲聚合物在水溶液中具有明显的“反聚电解质”效应,盐离子可通过增大流体力学半径和增强疏水缔合的双重作用使PADC具有盐增黏特性;当NaCl质量浓度从0增大到15×10^(4) mg/L时,PADC溶液的表观黏度从14.1增大到54.3 mPa·s,流体力学半径从857增大到1242 nm,盐离子强度越大,盐增黏效果越明显。In order to solve the problem of poor adaptability of amphiphilic polymer for oil displacement in high salinity reservoirs,a novel betaine amphiphilic polymer(PADC)for oil displacement was synthesized by soap-free radical polymerization.The PADC was characterized by means of FT-IR,NMR and element analyzer.The micro-morphology and salt thickening of PADC was investigated by rotational viscometer,scanning electron microscope and dynamic light scatter meter.The results show that the introduction of betaine groups makes amphiphilic polymer have“reverse polyelectrolyte”effect in aqueous solution.Salt ions can make PADC have salt thickening properties by increasing hydrodynamic radius and enhance hydrophobic association.When NaCl concentration increases from 0 to 15×10^(4) mg/L,the apparent viscosity of PADC solution increases from 14.1 to 54.3 mPa·s,and the hydrodynamic radius increases from 857 to 1242 nm.The greater the salt ionic strength,the more obvious the effect of salt thickening.
