摘 要:针对某种结构的容器在装配、运行时须经常使用特制抓具的情况,设计了一种适用抓具。根据经典材料力学,采用危险截面法初步确定抓具各零部件尺寸,用经典公式对螺纹结构强度进行计算分析。建立了抓具结构的有限元模型,开展了力学分析,按行业规范对结果进行评判。根据相关规范提出试验验证方案,从而确保抓具的可靠性和合理性。Based on the situation that a special gripping apparatus is often utilized in the assembly and operation of a vessel,a suitable gripping apparatus is designed.According to the classical material mechanics theory,the size of each part of the gripping apparatus is preliminarily determined by the dangerous section method,and the strength of the thread structure is calculated and analyzed by the classical formula.The finite element model of the gripping apparatus structure is established and the mechanical analysis is carried out,then the results are evaluated according to the industrial standard.The test verification scheme is put forward according to relevant standards to assure the reliability and rationality of the gripping apparatus.
