摘  要:伴随着数字革命与高质量发展对高等教育生态带来的深远影响,过度依赖数字而呈现的“数字依附”现象将深刻左右高等教育质量评估发展的进程。数字因其具有“清晰”与“比较”的双重特性较好地契合了高速发展阶段高等教育需要评估便捷且可度量的实然诉求。然而随着高等教育逐渐转入高质量发展阶段,高等教育的数字依附现象呈现出“自主性不足、同质化倾向、适应性降低、迎合式发展”的内在缺陷,与高质量评估的理想状态仍有差距,需要基于“增进评估主体的自主性、还原评估对象的真实性、提升评估标准的适应性、强调评估功能的发展性”四位一体促进高等教育质量评估从“数字依附”到“高质量评估”的范式转换。With the profound impact of digital revolution and high-quality development on the ecology of higher education, the phenomenon of "digital attachment", which is caused by excessive reliance on numbers and data, will profoundly affect the development process of higher education quality assessment. Digital data, because of its dual characteristics of "clarity" and "comparison", fits well with the real demands of convenient and measurable higher education assessment in the high-speed development stage. However, as higher education gradually turns to the stage of high-quality development, the phenomenon of digital attachment in higher education shows the inherent defects of "insufficient autonomy, homogenization tendency, reduced adaptability, and catering development", which still lags behind the ideal state of high-quality evaluation, It is necessary to promote the paradigm shift of higher education quality assessment from "digital attachment" to "high-quality assessment" based on the four-in-one strategy of "enhancing the autonomy of the assessment subjects, restoring the authenticity of the assessment objects, promoting the adaptability of the assessment criteria, and emphasizing the development of the assessment function".
