摘 要:采用动态旋转流变仪对三种二醋片(二醋酸纤维素)不同组合后的样品丙酮溶液的流变行为进行了初步比较研究。结果表明,所有样品的丙酮溶液黏度随着剪切速率从1~100 s^(-1)变化而逐渐降低,即所有样品都属于剪切力变稀的非牛顿流体;在一定剪切速率下,对于样品1和样品2,温度升高溶液的黏度降低,温度为54℃时溶液的黏度曲线最低,但样品3在剪切速率小于10 s^(-1)时52℃下的黏度曲线最高,在剪切速率大于10 s^(-1)时52℃下的黏度曲线最低;三个样品的非牛顿指数都小于1;样品1和样品3在50℃下结构粘度指数都是最低,分别为0.42293和0.2409,但样品2的结构粘度指数在52℃下最低,为0.390 01;三个样品丙酮溶液的弹性模量和损耗模量都随着角频率从0.1~100 rad/s变化而逐渐增大,并且弹性模量曲线始终高于损耗模量曲线;样品1和样品2的弹性模量曲线和损耗模量曲线始终高于样品3的弹性模量曲线和损耗模量曲线。The rheological behavior of three different combinations of cellulose diacetate acetone solutions was studied in this paper. The results show that the viscosity of acetone solution of all samples decreases gradually with the change of shear rate from 1~100 s^(-1), which means that all samples belong to non-Newtonian fluid with thinning shear force. At a certain shear rate, for sample 1 and sample 2, the viscosity of the solution decreases with the increase of temperature, and the viscosity curve of the solution is the lowest when the temperature is 54℃. However, the viscosity curve of sample 3 is the highest at 52℃ when the shear rate is less than 10 s^(-1), and the lowest at 52℃ when the shear rate is more than 10 s^(-1). The non-Newtonian indices of the three samples are all less than 1. The structural viscosity index of sample 1 and sample 3 is the lowest at 50℃, which is 0.422 93 and 0.240 9, respectively, while the structural viscosity index of sample 2 is the lowest at 52℃, which is 0.390 01. The elastic modulus and loss modulus of acetone solution of the three samples increased gradually with the change of angular frequency from 0.1~100 rad/s, and the elastic modulus curve was always higher than the loss modulus curve. The elastic modulus curves and loss modulus curves of sample 1 and sample 2 are always higher than those of sample 3.
