摘　　要：我国《民法典》未规定应收账款质押通知的效力,司法实践中法院在审理相关案件时,往往将应收账款是否真实存在及应收账款债务人是否知悉质押事实作为争议焦点。应收账款质押通知不是应收账款质权设立的要件,也不是应收账款质权的公示方法。应收账款质押通知的效力在于限制应收账款债务人的清偿行为,即应收账款质押自通知应收账款债务人时,对应收账款债务人发生约束力,其不能擅自向出质人履行清偿义务。The validity of the notice of pledge of accounts receivable has not been stipulated in the Civil Code of China.In judicial practice,the court often takes the existence of accounts receivable and the knowledge of pledge as the focus of controversy.The notice of pledge of accounts receivable is not an essential condition for the establishment of pledge of accounts receivable,nor is it an announcement method for pledge of accounts receivable.The effect of the notice of pledge of accounts receivable is to restrict the discharge of debtors of accounts receivable.That is,when the debtor of accounts receivable is informed of the pledge of accounts receivable,the pledge of accounts receivable shall be binding on the debtor of accounts receivable,and the debtor shall not perform the obligation of repayment to the pledgor without authorization.
