摘 要:随着大庆油田三次采油开发的不断深入,新建产能区块普遍具有注入井井数多、密度大、所处地区地形复杂的特点,新建注入管道数量多、投资高,在地面建设投资中占比大。注入站单井管道采用不同的敷设布局方式,管道总长度及管沟长度均不相同,投资差异较大。为减少管道敷设工程量、降低地面建设投资,以实际产能工程为模型,按照注入管道就近接至注入站、注入管道就近同沟敷设和注入管道沿路同沟敷设三种方式进行主要工程内容和投资对比,分析管道长度、穿越数量和管道挖方量等因素占比,以及对建设投资的影响程度。实际工程应用中应优先选择注入管道就近同沟敷设接至注入站的方式,特殊区块还应结合区块自身特点进一步论证和优选,尽量节省地面建设投资,提高区块开发整体经济效益。With the deepening of the EOR development in Daqing Oilfield,the newly built production blocks are generally characterized by a large number of injection wells,high density,and complex terrain. The number of newly built injection pipelines is large and the investment is high, accounting for a large proportion of the surface construction investment. Withdifferent total pipeline lengths andditch lengths,the investment of injection stations differs considerablyin various pipe laying arrangements of the single well. Therefore,in order toreduce the pipeline laying quantity and reduce the surface construction investment,taking the actual production capacity project as the model,the main engineering contents and investment are compared according to 3 laying methods: laying the injection pipeline to the nearby injection station, laying nearby injection pipelines in one ditch, and laying injecting pipelines along the road in one ditch. The factors such as the length of pipeline,the number of crossing and the amount of pipeline excavation are analyzed, as well as the degree of influence on the construction investment. In practical applications, it is the preferred way to lay injecting pipelines nearby in one ditch and connected to injection station. For the special blocks,further demonstrations of preference are necessary,so as to save surface construction investment as far as possible and improve the overall economic benefits of block development.
