摘 要:浮动核电站的安注水箱等储液设备受运动条件影响会发生晃荡。晃荡将干扰液位信号等关键参数测量,且引入抨击载荷,不利于设备运行维护。本文依托六自由度平台开展运动实验,通过多方位布置压力传感器采集不同条件下的压力波动信号,并结合高速相机和染色介质辨别自由液面且记录瞬时晃荡过程。结果表明,摇摆运动下测点的压力波动规律与运动激励匹配,且自由液面呈平面驻波或局部水跃形式;水平晃动会诱发多类非线性液面晃荡形式,通过时频域分析可知测点压力波动由固有频率、激励频率及其倍频支配,特定条件下存在失稳过程和混沌区间,液面的抨击破碎和随机旋转多发生在共振频率附近;耦合运动下测点压力波动受各单自由度运动规律及其耦合形式影响。本研究可对安注水箱等储液设备晃荡研究提供直观的分析依据,并可为结构改进和防晃优化提供一定参考。The development of marine resources and the construction of coastal islands need a reliable energy supply.The floating nuclear power plant(FNPP)is a combination of small nuclear reactors and offshore platforms,and it can be used in many fields such as offshore power supply,combined heat and power,and seawater desalination treatment.FNPP has the advantages of high power density,sustainable power generation,and low carbon emission.But due to environmental factors such as wind and waves on the sea or ship navigation,FNPP will generate complex motions in actual sea conditions.Liquid sloshing will occur in accumulators and other liquid storage tanks subjected to additional inertial forces under moving conditions.The free surface fluctuation will disturb the measurement of critical parameters such as liquid level,and the fluid impact load will affect the operation and maintenance of equipment.So measurement experiments were carried out based on the 6-DOF motion platform to study the sloshing characteristics and pressure variation rule of the accumulator.The pressure surge was studied by multi-directional pressure sensors,the free surface sloshing process was obtained by the high-speed camera system,and the natural frequency of the accumulator was obtained according to the model equivalent and mathematical analysis.The results show that under rolling motions,the pressure variation period is consistent with the motion period and the pressure amplitude can be determined by motion angle.The motion forms of liquid surface are basically stationary waves and marginal hydraulic jump,and the pressure measurement results show a regular sine and cosine variation,so the system analysis model under rolling conditions can be reasonably simplified based on the above analysis and safety margin assessment.Under horizontal sloshing,the additional inertial force will induce many kinds of nonlinear liquid surface sloshing.Based on time and frequency domain analysis,it can be seen that the pressure variation rule is mainly dominated by nat
