摘  要:伺服阀和比例阀是液压控制系统的核心元件,其性能的优劣直接决定了控制效果。基于互联网的液压控制阀性能实验教学系统根据现代教学特点和《液压伺服与比例控制系统》、《液压控制技术》等课程的实验教学及其扩展创新要求而设计。它采用灵活多变的模块化设计思想,为实验教学系统功能可扩展性提供基础。由于传统教学中理论与实践的时空隔离,对于抽象深奥的理论,学生的学习效率不高,基于此,该教学系统结合了网络远程控制技术,使教师能够在课堂上讲解理论的同时,还能快速的通过网络连接实验室的实验设备,完成配合理论讲解的实验内容,使课堂更生动,帮助学生的课堂学习。Servo valve and proportional valve are the core components of hydraulic control system, and their performance directly determines the control effect. The experimental teaching system of hydraulic control valve performance based on internet is designed according to the characteristics of modern teaching and the experimental teaching of hydraulic servo and proportional control system, hydraulic control technology and other courses. It adopts flexible and changeable modular design idea, which provides the basis for the expansibility of experimental teaching system, Due to the space-time separation between theory and practice in traditional teaching, students’ learning efficiency is not high for abstract and profound theories. Based on this, the teaching system combines the network remote control technology, so that teachers can explain the theory in class, but also can quickly connect the experimental equipment of the laboratory through the network to complete the experimental content with the theory explanation, make the classroom more vivid and help students learn in class.
