摘　　要：2022年1月5日国家发改委发布了组织东数西算协同创新体系示范工程的申报。参与国家数据中心绿色示范项目申报,不仅能够扩大企业影响力,提高建设运维能力,而且能够获得政府补贴。通过对国家数据中心绿色示范项目指标的解读和关键技术专题分析,给出满足七大指标的参考方案。The National Development and Reform Commission issued the application for organizing the demonstration project of the collaborative innovation system to channel computing resources from the east to the west on January 5,2022. Participating in the application of the green demonstration project of the national data center can not only expand the influence of enterprises and improve the construction,operation and maintenance capability,but also can obtain government subsidies. Through the interpretation of the indicators of the green demonstration project of the national data center and the thematic analysis of key technologies,the reference scheme satisfying the seven indicators is given.
