摘 要:页岩气开发时,其高压气流携带颗粒对传输管线弯头的冲蚀给页岩气的安全集输带来严重威胁。为了页岩气管道安全,使用CFD-DPM模型,选取砂配比、流速及压力等因素进行正交实验,研究了S32205双相不锈钢材质的90°弯管在气固两相流环境中的冲蚀情况,分析了弯头部分的流场变化。结果表明:S32205不锈钢的最大冲蚀率为5.30×10^(-3) mm/a,最小冲蚀率为3.87×10^(-4) mm/a;在多项参数中,流速对弯管的冲蚀影响较大,砂配比次之,压力对弯管的冲蚀影响最小;流场分析结果可知,气流在弯头外侧压力较高、流速较低,在弯头内侧流速较高、压力较低。During the development of shale gas,the erosion of the elbows of the transmission pipeline by the particles carried by the high-pressure gas flow poses a serious threat to the gathering and transportation of shale gas.In order to ensure the safety of shale gas pipeline,a CFD-DPM model is used to study the erosion of 90°elbow of S32205 stainless steel in gas-solid two-phase flow environment by orthogonal experiments with selecting sand ratio,flow velocity and pressure,and the flow field changes in the elbow is analyzed.The results show that the maximum erosion rate of S32205 stainless steel is 5.30×10^(-3) mm/a,and the minimum erosion rate is 3.87×10^(-4) mm/a.Among the multiple parameters,the flow velocity has the greatest influence on the erosion of the elbow,followed by the sand ratio,and pressure has the least effect on the erosion of the elbow.The flow field analysis results show that the gas flow velocity is low with high pressure on the outside of the elbow,while the gas flow velocity is high with low pressure on the inside of the elbow.
