摘  要:正压通风系统故障,会导致煤层气场站压缩机频繁连锁停机,造成生产波动。基于对正压通风系统原理和运行结构的分析,梳理近年来存在的问题,提出了解决方案,对可能导致异常的原因进行分析,并制定针对性管理措施和保养手段,达到了提前规避风险的目的。该处理办法自实施以来,正压通风系统的故障率较往年明显下降,同时在发生异常情况时,可加快原因排查,缩短恢复时间,减少生产波动,为解决其他多环节联动、控制复杂的系统故障,提供了借鉴。The failure of positive pressure ventilation systems leads to frequent cascading shutdown of compressors in CBM field station,resulting in production fluctuations.Based on the analysis of the principle and operation structure of the positive pressure ventilation system,the problems existing in recent years are sorted out,the solutions are put forward,the causes of the abnormality are analyzed,and the corresponding management measures and maintenance measures are formulated in order to avoid risk in advance.Since the implementation of this treatment method,the failure rate of the positive pressure ventilation system has been significantly reduced compared with previous years,at the same time,when abnormal situations occur,the cause investigation is accelerated,the recovery time is shortened,so as to reduce the production fluctuation,which provides a reference for solving the faults of other systems with multi-link linkage and complex control.
