摘  要:以某公立医院公共卫生人才队伍建设存在的问题为例,探讨公立医院“医防融合”复合型人才队伍建设的新思路。从“医防融合”的角度分析在新冠肺炎疫情爆发后某公立医院公共卫生工作运转模式,分析其公共卫生人才队伍现状,剖析存在问题,如公共卫生工作缺乏科室间协同机制、公共卫生服务意识相对薄弱、缺乏继续教育体系及人才结构和数量配备不合理等,并针对上述问题提出相应策略。及时调整人才队伍建设方向,促进“医防融合”体系建设,对提升公立医院应对突发公共卫生事件整体能力具有重要意义。By analyzing the problems in the construction of public health talents in a public hospital,this paper explores new ideas for the construction of“medical treatment and prevention integration”compound talents in public hospitals.From the perspective of“integration of medical treatment and prevention”,this paper analyzes the operation mode of public health work in a public hospital after the outbreak of the COVID-19,summarizes the current situation of public health talents in public hospitals,and finds out the existing problems,including the lack of coordination mechanism between departments in public health work,the relative weakness of public health service consciousness,the lack of continuing education system,and the unreasonable structure and quantity of talents.In view of the problems above,a series of measures are proposed.They are of great significance to improve the overall ability of public hospitals to deal with public health emergencies.
