摘  要:横窦静脉乙状、弧状弯曲处血流环境复杂,易发生血栓、狭窄等脑血管疾病。借助计算流体力学的方法数值模拟颅内横窦静脉的血流状况,可以从血流动力学角度分析其产生疾病的原因。通过医学建模软件MIMICS对内蒙古民族大学附属医院神经内科提供的横窦CT数据进行三维血管模型重建,利用计算流体力学软件FLUENT进行血流动力学数值模拟。模拟结果显示,在2种血流入口速度下得到的横窦血管的血液流场分布、壁面压力分布及壁面切应力分布明显不同。增大血流入口速度,横窦血管的血液流速、血液壁面压力、血液壁面切应力增大。在横窦血管弧状弯曲和乙状弯曲处血液流速的数值变化幅度较小,属于低流速区。弧状弯曲处血管壁面压力增大,出现高压力区。乙状弯曲内外侧和弧状弯曲外侧出现高壁面切应力区。The blood flow environment of sigmoid and arc-shaped bends of transverse sinus vein is complex,which is prone to cerebral vascular diseases such as thrombosis and stenosis.The blood flow of the intracranial transverse sinus vein can be numerically simulated by means of computational fluid dynamics,and the causes of the disease can be analyzed from the perspective of hemodynamics.The 3D blood vessel model was reconstructed from the transverse sinus CT data provided by the Department of Neurology of the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Minzu University through the medical modeling software MIMICS,and the hemodynamic numerical simulation was performed using the computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT.The simulation results show that the blood flow field distribution,wall pressure distribution and wall shear stress distribution of the transverse sinus vessels obtained at the two inlet velocities are obviously different.The blood flow velocity,blood wall pressure and blood wall shear stress of the transverse sinus vessels increase with the increase of blood flow inlet velocity.The changes of blood flow velocity at the arc-shaped and sigmoid bends of the transverse sinus vessels are small and belong to the low flow velocity area.The high pressure area occurs when the pressure on the wall of the blood vessel increases in the arc bend.The high wall shear stress zone appears on the in side and outside of the sigmoid bend and the outside of the arc bend.
