摘 要:为研究裸燕麦抗逆机理和筛选盐碱地宜种品种,综合评价裸燕麦种子萌发期的盐碱抗逆性。采用培养皿纸上发芽法,对8个裸燕麦品种分别进行了盐(NaCl)胁迫和碱(NaHCO_(3))胁迫处理,以蒸馏水为对照,测定了不同裸燕麦品种的发芽势、发芽率、芽长、根长、鲜重和干重等6个指标,通过综合评价值评价裸燕麦种子萌发期的耐盐性和耐碱性。结果表明,在耐盐碱性鉴定中,发芽势、发芽率和芽长可作为裸燕麦种子萌发期的耐盐性主要鉴定指标;8种裸燕麦品种盐碱抗逆性综合评价结果显示,耐盐碱较强的品种为白燕11号。In order to study the stress resistance mechanism of naked oats and select suitable varieties in saline alkali soil,the salt alkali stress resistance of naked oats during seed germination stage was comprehensively evaluated.The salt(NaCl)stress and alkali(NaHCO_(3))stress were carried out on 8 naked oat varieties by the method of germination on petri dish paper.With distilled water as the control,the germination potential,germination rate,bud length,root length,fresh weight and dry weight of different naked oat varieties were measured,and the salt tolerance and alkali tolerance of naked oat seeds at germination stage were evaluated by comprehensive evaluation value.The results showed that in the identification of salt and alkali tolerance,germination potential,germination rate and bud length can be used as the main identification indicators of salt tolerance of naked oat seeds during germination stage.The salt and alkali resistance of 8 naked oat varieties were comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that the variety with strong salt and alkali tolerance was Baiyan 11.
