特长隧道通风方法及保障措施技术研究

摘　　要：观音山隧道是广西路建工程集团有限公司崇爱高速工程中的重点项目,该隧道为双向分离式特长隧道,全长约4 805 m,工程规模巨大,施工条件复杂。文章结合观音山隧道工程实际情况与参数,计算通风需风量和通风设备数量,设计该隧道的通风系统,同时从设备控制管理与安装两方面对通风设备的保障措施进行研究,从风机的安装、调试、运行和维护等方面提出不同建议。该研究认识可为类似特长隧道通风提供参考。Guanyinshan tunnel is a key project of Chongai expressway project of Guangxi Road Construction Engineering Group Co.,Ltd. It is a two-way separated extra long tunnel with a total length of about 4 805 m. The project scale is huge and the construction conditions are complex. Combined with the actual situation and parameters of Guanyinshan tunnel project, this paper calculates the air volume required for ventilation and the number of ventilation equipment, designs the ventilation system of the tunnel, studies the safeguard measures of ventilation equipment from the two aspects of equipment control management and installation, and puts forward different suggestions from the aspects of fan installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance. This study can provide reference for ventilation of similar extra long tunnels.
