摘  要:社会实践是新时代高校人才培养体系中的一门必修课,也是“三全育人”视阈下立德树人根本任务的重要环节。社会实践的目的是培养和提升大学生的实践、组织能力,切实增强高校整体育人效果。当前,社会实践普遍存在学生实践性不强、实践内容不系统、体系机制不完善等问题,严重制约了实践意义和实践育人效果。基于此,高校应从全员、全方位、全过程三个维度着力,建立多效应、多层次、多维段新时代实践型人才培养的机制模式,强化实践意识,问题导向,强过程、重总结,在“三全育人”视阈下着力提升社会实践成效,有效构建知识系统化、实践专业化、创新长效化的复合型人才培养体系。Social practice is a compulsory course in the talent training system of colleges and universities in the new era, and it is also an important part of the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people from the perspective of "three-whole education".The purpose of social practice is to cultivate and enhance the practical and organizational abilities of college students, and effectively enhance the overall educational effect of colleges and universities. At present, there are many problems in social practice, such as weak practicality of students, unsystematic practice content, and imperfect system and mechanism, which seriously restricts the significance of practice and the effect of practice education. Based on this, colleges and universities should focus on the three dimensions of all staff, all directions and whole-process to establish a multi-effect, multi-level and multi-dimensional mechanism model for the cultivation of practical talents in the new era, strengthen the sense of practice, problem orientation, strengthen the process and focus on summary, and make efforts to improve the social practice effect from the perspective of "three-whole education", so as to effectively build a knowledge systematization, practice specialization, innovation and long-term composite talent training system.
