摘  要:分析现有防腐层缺陷点危险等级评定方法的不足,提出防腐层缺陷点危险等级的综合评分法。对含防腐层缺陷点管段的阴极保护电位、杂散电流干扰程度、土壤电位梯度等级及非开挖检测时缺陷点分类4个因素赋值,各因素分值之和为综合分值,根据综合分值确定防腐层缺陷点的危险等级,确定修复顺序。综合分值越高,说明该防腐层缺陷点的腐蚀风险越高。采用直接评定法和综合评分法对已开挖修复的82个防腐层缺陷点进行等级评定,评定结果差异较大,综合评分法的评定结果与开挖情况基本吻合。Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of the existing evaluation methods for the hazard grade of the defect points of the anti-corrosion coating,a comprehensive scoring method for the hazard grade of the defect points of the anti-corrosion coating is proposed.Four factors including cathodic protection potential,stray current interference degree,soil potential gradient grade and defect point classification during trenchless detection of the pipe section with defect points of the anti-corrosion coating are assigned.The sum of the scores of each factor is the comprehensive score.The hazard grade of the defect points of the anti-corrosion coating is determined according to the comprehensive score,and the repair sequence is determined.The higher the comprehensive score,the higher the corrosion risk of the defect points of the anti-corrosion coating.The direct evaluation method and comprehensive scoring method are used to evaluate the grade of the 82 defect points of the anti-corrosion coating that had been excavated and repaired.The evaluation results are quite different,and the evaluation results of the comprehensive scoring method are basically consistent with the excavation situation.
