摘  要:摩托车齿套产品在重力铸造生产时,使用的常规分流锥因结构原因无法设计冷却系统,导致产品冷却慢,生产效率低,同时也易导致齿套偏心。通过齿套产品专用带冷却系统分流锥的研发,在提升了分流锥的可靠性和使用寿命的同时,提高了生产效率,确保产品质量的一致性。When motorcycle gear sleeve products are produced in gravity casting, the conventional shunt cone used cannot design the cooling system due to structural reasons. That results in slow product cooling, low production efficiency, and it is easy to lead to sleeve eccentricity. Through the development of a special shunt cone with cooling system for sleeve products, we have improved the reliability and service life of the shunting cone while improving production efficiency and ensuring consistent product quality.
