换热装置对一二级侧流量不匹配适应性分析

摘  要:结合工程实例,在相同供热能力条件下,计算板式换热器、溴化锂吸收式换热机组的火积耗散,定量评价两种换热装置对热力站一二级侧流量不匹配工况的适应性。溴化锂吸收式换热机组的火积耗散为板式换热机组的49.7%,其更适用于热力站一二级侧流量不匹配的工况。Combined with engineering examples,under the same heating capacity,the entransy dissipation of plate heat exchanger and lithium bromide absorption heat exchanger unit are calculated,and the adaptability of the two heat exchanger devices to the condition that the flow of the primary and secondary sides of the heating station does not match is evaluated quantitatively.The entransy dissipation of lithium bromide absorption heat exchanger unit is 49.7%of that of plate heat exchanger unit,which is more suitable for the unmatched flow conditions at the primary and secondary sides of the heating station.
