摘　　要：阐述家用燃气报警器传感器、工商业用途点型可燃气体探测器传感器技术发展情况,对餐饮场所燃气报警器应用进行分析,梳理燃气报警器标准,分析餐饮场所报警器应用存在的问题,提出对策和建议。The technical development of household gas alarm sensor and industrial and commercial point-type combustible gas detector sensor is described.The application of gas alarm in catering places is analyzed.The standards of gas alarm are combed.The problems existing in the application of alarm in catering places are analyzed.The countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
