燃气供应站储罐喷淋供水控制阀设计

摘　　要：根据现行规范,燃气供应站LPG或LNG储罐固定水喷雾系统中供水控制阀应选用雨淋报警阀,并配置雨淋报警阀组。气动控制阀的开关时间能做到5 s以内,与雨淋报警阀的动作时间相近。实际应用中,以气动控制阀作为供水控制阀的固定水喷雾系统响应时间能够做到小于120 s。气动控制阀作为燃气供应站LPG或LNG储罐固定水喷雾系统供水控制阀是可行的。According to the current specifications,the water supply control valve in the fixed water spray system of LPG or LNG storage tank in the gas supply station shall be deluge alarm valve and equipped with deluge alarm valve group.The opening and closing time of the pneumatic control valve can be within 5 s,which is similar to the action time of the deluge alarm valve.In practical application,the response time of the fixed water spray system with the pneumatic control valve as the water supply control valve can be less than 120 s.It is feasible to use pneumatic control valve as water supply control valve for fixed water spray system of LPG or LNG storage tank in gas supply station.
