摘  要:目的 探讨抗凝剂物质对便携式血糖仪比对测试结果的影响。方法 根据中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T19634-2005制备低浓度、正常范围、高浓度血糖标本各100份。以肝素锂、乙二胺四乙酸二钾(EDTA-K2)及氟化钠作为抗凝物质,采用拜尔抗RO、强生、罗氏、韩国i-SENS4种便携式血糖仪检测;采用日立全自动生化分析仪检测以上浓度的血糖值。比较不同类型便携式血糖仪比对试验通过率,各便携式血糖仪与生化分析仪血糖检测结果;并分析抗凝剂物质对便携式血糖仪比对测试结果的影响,分析不同类型便携式血糖仪与生化分析仪血糖检测结果的相关性,分析不同类型便携式血糖仪精密度。结果 采用拜尔抗RO、强生稳豪、罗氏、韩国i-SENS便携式血糖仪30台完成血糖仪比对试验,30台便携式血糖仪中3台仪器未通过,通过率为90.0%,其中拜尔抗RO通过率为100.00%,而韩国i-SENS便携式血糖仪通过率最低,为66.67%。拜尔抗RO、强生稳豪、罗氏、韩国i-SENS便携式血糖仪对低浓度、正常范围、高浓度标本的测定结果与生化分析仪比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。为了分析肝素锂、EDTA-K2及氟化钠不同类型抗凝剂物质对便携式血糖仪测定结果的影响,通过不同血糖浓度下利用4种便携式血糖仪测定,结果表明:血糖浓度1.1~3.3 mmol/L、11.1~16.7 mmol/L、18.1~22.2 mmol/L下拜尔抗RO、强生稳豪、罗氏、韩国i-SENS便携式血糖仪采用肝素锂、EDTA-K2抗凝对血糖测定结果无影响;拜尔抗RO、强生稳豪、罗氏、韩国i-SENS便携式血糖仪采用氟化钠作为抗凝物质测定结果高于肝素锂和EDTA-K2,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。采用Pearson相关性分析软件,以生化分析仪作为因变量,便携式血糖仪为自变量,完成线性回归分析,拜尔抗RO、强生稳豪、罗氏、韩国i-SENS便携式血糖仪的r值分别为0.999、0.994、0.984、0.987。以便携式血糖测定�Objective To discuss the influence of anticoagulant substances on the comparison test results of portable blood glucose meter. Methods 100 specimens of low concentration, normal range concentration and high concentration blood glucose were prepared according to the national standard GB/T19634-2005 of the People’s Republic of China. Lithium heparin, k2-ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid(EDTA-K2) and sodium fluoride were used as anticoagulant substances, and four types of portable blood glucose meters, namely, Bayer anti-RO, Johnson & Johnson OneTouch, Roche and Korean i-SENS, were used for testing;the blood glucose values of the above concentrations were tested by Hitachi fully automatic biochemical analyzer. The passing rate of comparison test of different types of portable blood glucose meters, as well as the blood glucose detection results of each portable blood glucose meter and biochemical analyzer were compared;the influence of anticoagulant substances on the comparison test results of portable blood glucose meters, the correlation between blood glucose detection results of different types of portable blood glucose meters and biochemical analyzers, as well as the precision of different types of portable blood glucose meters were analyzed. Results 30 sets of Bayer antiRO, Johnson & Johnson OneTouch, Roche and Korean i-SENS portable blood glucose meters were used to complete the blood glucose meter test, and 3 instruments among the 30 portable blood glucose meters failed,with a passing rate of 90.0%, among which the passing rate of Bayer anti-RO was 100.00%, while the passing rate of Korean i-SENS portable blood glucose meters was the lowest, at 66.67%. The results of Bayer Anti-RO,Johnson & Johnson OneTouch, Roche, and Korean i-SENS portable blood glucose meters for low concentration,normal range concentration, and high concentration specimens were compared with biochemical analyzers,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).
