沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片联合卡维地洛在老年慢性心力衰竭患者治疗中的效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的 分析老年慢性心力衰竭患者治疗中接受沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片联合卡维地洛的临床效果及安全性。方法 70例老年慢性心力衰竭患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组患者接受卡维地洛治疗,观察组患者接受沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片联合卡维地洛治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后心功能指标[左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)]、不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组中14例治疗显效, 20例治疗有效,1例治疗无效,治疗总有效率为97.14%;对照组中11例治疗显效, 15例治疗有效, 9例治疗无效,治疗总有效率为74.29%。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者LVEF(50.87±8.43)%高于对照组的(44.46±7.89)%, LVEDD(46.22±5.07)mm、LVESD(36.48±3.65)mm小于对照组的(50.28±5.53)、(43.62±3.23)mm,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中2例患者出现低血压, 2例患者出现头晕,不良反应发生率为11.43%;对照组中2例患者出现低血压, 2例患者出现头晕, 1例患者出现肝肾功能损伤,不良反应发生率为14.29%。观察组不良反应发生率略低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 老年慢性心力衰竭患者接受沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片联合卡维地洛治疗的临床效果较好,能够改善心功能指标,减少不良反应的发生,值得临床推广使用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets combined with carvedilol in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 70 elderly patients with chronic heart failure were divided into control group and observation group according to the random numerical table, with 35 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with carvedilol,and patients in the observation group were treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets. and carvedilol The therapeutic effect, cardiac function indexes [left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD), left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)], and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.
