阴道内置与舌下含服米索前列醇在门诊无痛人流手术中的应用效果对比

摘　　要：目的 探讨门诊无痛人工流产(人流)手术患者应用阴道内置与舌下含服米索前列醇的效果。方法 200例接受无痛人流手术的患者,随机分为对照组与实验组,各100例。两组患者手术前均应用米索前列醇,对照组患者选择阴道内置给药,实验组患者选择舌下含服给药。对比两组患者手术时间、术中出血量及不良事件发生情况。结果 实验组患者手术时间(5.65±1.52)min短于对照组的(7.95±1.63)min,术中出血量(18.63±4.32)ml少于对照组的(25.36±5.12)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良事件发生率3.00%显著低于对照组的13.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 门诊进行无痛人流手术时舌下含服米索前列醇能够有效缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,且安全性更高,值得推广。Objective To discuss the effect of intravaginal administration of misoprostol and sublingual misoprostol in outpatient painless abortion. Methods A total of 200 patients undergoing painless abortion were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 100 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with misoprostol before surgery. Patients in the control group were given intravaginal administration,while patients in the experimental group were given sublingual administration. The surgery time, intraoperative blood loss, and occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The surgery time(5.65±1.52) min in the experimental group was shorter than(7.95±1.63) min in the control group;the intraoperative blood loss(18.63±4.32) ml in the experimental group was less than(25.36±5.12) ml in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was 3.00%, which was significantly lower than 13.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The sublingual misoprostol in outpatient painless abortion can effectively shorten the surgery time, reduce the intraoperative blood loss, and has higher safety, which is worth promoting.
